Gooder Supply Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policies

Non-Returnable / Non-Cancellable Items

  • In some cases, special, custom ordered items may not be cancelled, refunded, or returned
  • Home and Kitchen appliances, Personal Care items, and any Used items are non-returnable including other items where indicated.
  • All sales are final for these items. In the event that any of these items are defective, they may be returned to the respective authorized service centers for repair or replacement at the option of the manufacturer. These items cannot be returned to the merchant.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order and receive a full refund provided your order has NOT been added to the shipping queue and has not been shipped by our warehouse, a partner warehouse or the manufacturer. Please keep in mind MOST orders are shipped the same day they are received.
  • Once an item is shipped or added to the shipping queue the terms of our Returns Policy will take effect.

Returns

  • Original Invoice is required for ALL returns/exchanges.
  • Item(s), except special order or transferred, may be returned within 30 days of purchase date with a 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges associated with the product(s) returned, subjected to approval.
  • All issued credits will be pending until final approval is given by manufacturer for return of goods. Gooder Supply Reserves the right to deny returns at any time due to conditions of the product(s) being returned.
  • Product(s) not in resalable condition will be denied with no exceptions under any circumstances. No cancellations or refunds will be approved for special order item(s).
  • For immediate warranty replacements and exchanges, item(s) will be invoiced and paid in full until manufacture approves/issues credit. Once approval is given, the credit for the replacement/exchanges will be refunded back.
  • All claims for incorrect or unacceptable product(s) should be received in writing within 3 days after receipt and prior to installation.
  • It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect all merchandise prior to installation. If for any reason the material is incorrect or unacceptable for installation, Buyer shall make such claim to in writing, before installation.
